Omni Family Health's Brand Transformation Journey

Comprehensive Brand Guidelines Streamlined Messaging and Enhanced Trust

Since 1978, Omni Family Health has been a cornerstone of healthcare in Central Valley, serving residents across Kern, Kings, Tulare, and Fresno counties. To mark their 45th anniversary, Omni launched the "Caring for Generations" campaign. Featuring a heartwarming portrayal of multi-generational care, the campaign encapsulates Omni's enduring commitment to serving families over the decades. From the elderly to the youngest members, Omni continues to provide compassionate healthcare, ensuring a legacy of wellness for generations to come.

This expansive campaign reached far and wide across the regions they serve, employing a diverse array of touchpoints such as buses, billboards, and meticulously positioned retractable banners in each health center. Leveraging the power of print advertising, they effectively disseminated their new campaign to a broad audience. Additionally, the campaign's thematic essence seamlessly permeated their gala event, where thematic backdrops and signage were thoughtfully integrated, crafting an immersive and unforgettable experience for attendees. This served as a poignant reminder of their dedication to community care and celebration.

Omni Family Health faced inconsistency in their brand identity without clear guidelines. This resulted in fragmented messaging across communication channels. To address this, I designed a comprehensive brand guideline for them. By implementing this guideline, Omni Family Health could present a unified brand image, building trust and recognition among their audience while effectively communicating their mission of providing exceptional healthcare to their communities.

I utilized Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to design and create visual elements for Omni Family Health's brand guideline and campaign materials. Additionally, I employed After Effects to produce dynamic content for digital platforms. Google Analytics helped track the effectiveness of the campaign across various channels, while Figma facilitated collaboration and design iterations.
